WEBSITE ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

MedAffect has an ongoing commitment to helping all of our customers reach their business objectives, whether providing strategic insights or using the resources available on our website, MedAffect.com (the “Website”).  As part of this commitment, we are dedicated to ensuring that our customers with disabilities can access and use our Website in a manner similar to the online experience provided to customers without disabilities.

In accordance with the foregoing, we strive to maintain our Website in conformance with generally-recognized and accepted guidelines and standards for website accessibility (the "Standards").  While these Standards may change and evolve over time, they are currently the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 at Level AA ("WCAG 2.0 AA").

We are taking the steps necessary so that our Website achieves substantial conformance with WCAG 2.0 AA.  Our Website was built using Squarespace templates, which are structured in a way that enables the creation of a site that can be easily read and browsed by assistive software. Squarespace uses HTML5 role attributes and microformatting to clearly define important elements on the page, such as navigation or header/footer areas, and uses CSS in the design of content, which provides flexibility in how content is presented to screen readers. We are committed to designing and maintaining our Website to be accessible to customers with disabilities as a matter of company policy.

Please be aware that our efforts to make our Website accessible are ongoing.  If, at any time, you have any specific questions, feedback, or concerns about the accessibility of any particular Web pages on our Website, please contact us at WebAccessibility@MedAffect.com. Please let us know the Web page/URL with an accessibility issue, and we will make all reasonable efforts to address it.  We look forward to providing the resources that you need to grow your business!
